Charlotte, N.C. (August 4, 2021) – TekPartners, a P2P Company, has promoted Andrew Anthony to Vice President, Charlotte, and Jake Renzo to Director of Delivery, Charlotte. In response to the rapidly expanding economy, TekPartners has devoted efforts to promoting deserving individuals from within in order to position the company for future growth.
Andrew Anthony has been promoted from Senior Market Director of Charlotte to Vice President, Charlotte. Anthony began his career with TekPartners in 2015 as a Market Manager and spent the past five years working tirelessly to build the Charlotte market. He has led the branch to new levels by hiring and developing the team and he has been instrumental in supporting the growth of the newly formed Infrastructure division. His efforts included spearheading a new office space buildout, which was completed earlier this year and will position the team for further growth.
Jake Renzo has been promoted from Delivery Manager to Director of Delivery, Charlotte. After starting his career with TekPartners in 2015 as an Associate Recruiter, he worked his way up to become a top performing Account Manager. He later moved back to the delivery side to help lead the company’s recruiting efforts in the market. As a result of his success, Renzo now leads two teams, supporting both the IT and Infrastructure divisions. In his new role, he will supervise the team of recruiters and oversee the market recruiting and delivery efforts. His responsibilities will also include hiring, training, career development and best practices.
