Jay Bevilacqua serves as the Chief Executive Officer of TekPartners. As CEO, Jay ensures the overall success of the organization and guides the company’s culture in addition to its business and financial strategies.

His responsibilities include managing the company’s overall strategic planning, overseeing the implementation of short- and long-term strategies, ensuring that the teams have the resources they need, assessing and increasing operational efficiencies, as well as supervising the execution of the operational budget. In addition to these responsibilities for TekPartners, Jay serves as the CEO for P2P Shared Services, which consists of the Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, and Marketing departments.

As CEO, Jay is instrumental in guiding TekPartners through an ever-changing IT and professional services industry to position the company for long-term success. He regularly works with the company’s Founders to report on the business and its performance, and to set the company’s vision for the future. In addition to these duties, Jay’s responsibilities as CEO include being an ambassador for the company and its Core Values, spearheading company initiatives and leading the organization in significant growth.

Jay joined the organization in the company’s third year of business and has been instrumental in its growth ever since. Always focused on helping clients achieve their missions and providing life-changing opportunities for both staff and consultants, Jay has been consistent in helping to move the company forward into the future as the industry evolves. He previously served as Executive Vice President and later as President before being promoted to CEO in 2020, helping TekPartners achieve great success and growth throughout the years through his contributions.

Prior to joining TekPartners, Jay held leadership positions with three nationally recognized technology and healthcare service organizations in Florida and North Carolina. Throughout his career, he has served on the boards of various community and industry organizations. Jay holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Central Florida.

Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Gregg Straus serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of TekPartners. He is a key member of the senior executive leadership team and provides insight and recommendations on both short-term and long-term growth plans. He is known for his uncompromising personal integrity, ethics, and solid leadership, and is responsible for all financial aspects of the company. Gregg oversees and provides strategic direction to the company’s finance organizations, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, and strategic development (M&A). He also leads the human resources, IT, and legal teams at TekPartners.

Gregg brings 25 years of financial and management experience to TekPartners.  He has held various leadership positions with public companies, mid-sized private companies, and “Big 4” public accounting firms. His roles have included Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Senior Vice President of Tax. Gregg earned both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from the University of Florida. He is a certified public accountant, member of the AICPA and FICPA, and resides in South Florida with his wife and two children.

John Ludwig serves as Senior Vice President for the state of Florida. His responsibilities include leading the overall strategy and direction of the Orlando, Miami, and Fort Lauderdale branches, as well as overseeing sales, delivery, and operations across all Florida offices.

John started with TekPartners in 2011 as a top performing Account Manager and went on to serve as Director and Vice President, where he was responsible for hiring and developing a team of recruiters, account managers, and other personnel. Under his leadership, the Fort Lauderdale office reached new levels of success. In 2020, he accepted the responsibility to open the Miami branch and expand the company’s South Florida presence. He was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2021, taking on responsibility for the recruitment and delivery process across the company’s entire Florida region.

Prior to joining the staffing industry with TekPartners, John led a successful career in mergers and acquisitions, as well as real estate finance and title insurance. He graduated from Mount St. Mary’s University in Maryland in 2003 with a bachelor’s degree in international relations with a concentration in business.

Anthony Sammartino serves as Senior Vice President of the Professional Services Division. He is responsible for complementing the company’s staffing capabilities through dedicated services and establishing additional specialized practices to assist clients with the delivery of their most strategic initiatives. He has also overseen the establishment of partnerships with trusted software companies such as Microsoft, Tableau, Snowflake, Databricks, and UKG®.

Anthony joined TekPartners in 2010. Prior to his time with TekPartners, he gained experience with in Microsoft Data Analytics technologies through his own consulting firm. He also worked as a consulting professional for a national firm, where he spearheaded numerous project engagements.

Anthony graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP®) and is a Microsoft Certified IT Professional in Data Analytics (MCITP).

Brandon Gertman serves as Vice President of the Fort Lauderdale branch, overseeing all professional staffing and consulting service offerings. He is responsible for leading the overall strategy and direction of the branch, as well as hiring and developing a team of Account Managers, Recruiters, and back-office personnel.

Brandon started with TekPartners in October 2012 as an intern and then an Associate Recruiter. He has since taken on a variety of roles and responsibilities within the organization. Brandon was promoted to Account Manager in April of 2014, and over the next several years established himself as a top performer across several of the company’s office branches in Irvine, Calif., Charlotte, N.C., and Fort Lauderdale, Fla. In February 2020, Brandon was promoted to Director of Client Services. He was promoted again in 2021 and now serves as Vice President of the company’s South Florida branch.

Brandon graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, and holds an MBA from Nova Southeastern University.

Daniel Fink serves as Delivery Director of the Fort Lauderdale branch, overseeing all IT recruiting and delivery efforts for the Fort Lauderdale market as well as many national efforts. He is responsible for the supervision of the branch’s recruiters and overseeing recruiting strategy, hiring, training, career development and best practices. Daniel started with TekPartners in 2015 and contributed heavily to the growth of the company’s delivery engine.

Prior to joining TekPartners, Daniel spent 9 years as Recruiting Director for a successful global IT staffing company. He graduated from Purdue University in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in business management.

Andrew Anthony serves as the company’s Vice President in Charlotte, North Carolina. Andrew’s role is managing the day to day business development strategy for North and South Carolina, as well as overseeing the recruitment and client delivery process for the branch. Prior to joining TekPartners, he worked with two nationally recognized staffing firms in North Carolina where he was in charge of client acquisition while managing and developing large recruitment delivery teams. Jake Renzo serves as Delivery Director of the Charlotte branch, overseeing all IT and infrastructure recruiting and delivery efforts for the market. He is responsible for the overall supervision and growth of the recruiters within the IT Staffing and Infrastructure Services divisions. In addition to these responsibilities, Jake manages recruiting strategy, hiring, training, career development, and organizational best practices.

Jake began his career with TekPartners in 2015 as an Associate Recruiter in the company’s South Florida office. He later relocated to the company’s Charlotte branch, where he was promoted to Senior IT Recruiter and later to Account Manager. He continued to find success in Charlotte, as he was promoted to Delivery Manager and most recently to Director of Delivery.

Jake graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree.

Nick Barbera serves as Market Director of the Milwaukee branch. In this role, he oversees the Wisconsin region’s IT staffing and solutions business. As Market Director, he is directly responsible for leading the business development, account management and delivery teams, in addition to setting overall market strategy. He also oversees the hiring and development of the branch’s Recruiters, Account Managers, and other personnel.

Prior to joining TekPartners, Nick worked with several national and regional staffing firms where he was responsible for client acquisition and account management for enterprise level accounts.

He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse with degrees in sports management and business administration.

Glenn Kraft serves as Market Director of the Orlando branch, where he is responsible for regional business development and overall market strategy. He also oversees the account management and delivery teams in Orlando, with the responsibility of hiring and developing these staff members.

Glenn joined TekPartners in 2019 as an Account Manager and was later promoted to Market Director after demonstrating his leadership abilities in the Orlando branch. Prior to joining TekPartners, Glenn worked with a national advertising corporation as well as a national staffing firm where he oversaw client acquisition, account management, and retention of enterprise and regional accounts, gaining valuable experience. Glenn graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in hospitality management.

Joshua Brossmann serves as Market Director of the Miami branch, where he is responsible for overseeing the regional business development, including client acquisition and account management. He also oversees the daily operations of the Miami branch, including the hiring, management, and development of the recruiters, account managers, and other staff members.

Joshua joined TekPartners in 2016 as a Talent Qualification Specialist and was soon promoted to Technical Recruiter. He later accepted the opportunity to become an Account Manager in the company’s newly opened Miami branch and was successful in developing the business. Most recently, he was promoted to the position of Market Director in Miami.

Joshua graduated from John Carroll University in Ohio with degrees in philosophy, political science and communication. He served as a teacher in East Cleveland prior to joining TekPartners.

James A. Barrett II is the Senior Director of Talent & Process Development responsible for developing new delivery personnel, best practices and implementing process throughout the company. Previously Barrett directed the delivery team in Coral Springs and has been recognized and awarded for being Producer of the Year Award for 3 consecutive years during his recruiting tenure at TekPartners. Some of his responsibilities include directing and mentoring recruiters and account managers, implementing advanced recruiting strategies and processes, and constantly looking for ways to improve current procedures and methods based on industry trends. Barrett stays ahead of the market curve to make sure that TekPartners is implementing the latest and most efficient business strategies among the companies delivery teams.

Prior to joining TekPartners, Barrett managed recruiting teams with a nationally recognized technology organization as well as a nationally recognized healthcare organization in Florida. Barrett brings to more than 15 years of recruiting experience as it relates to technology. Barrett attended Seminole State College with a major in Computer Sciences.

Melissa Beam serves as the company’s Director of Project Management.  Melissa’s role includes enterprise level and strategic projects including software implementation, integration, and administration, business process optimization and documentation, and Erecruit support and administration.

Prior to joining TekPartners, Melissa implemented and directed ICD-10 and business intelligence solutions verticals and was a Business Process Improvement Manager within the staffing industry. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from The University of Tampa.

Milgrim Bello serves as the company’s Director of Strategic Marketing. Milgrim’s role includes corporate marketing and communications efforts including branding, public/media relations, market research & analysis, content marketing, candidate & client education marketing, social/interactive marketing, social media, internal communications, change management and event planning. She is in charge of TekPartners’ strategic marketing initiatives.

Prior to joining TekPartners, Milgrim managed and led a marketing team within the staffing vertical. She holds a bachelor’s degree in international business from Rollins College.

Jennifer Day serves as the company’s Director of Business Services. In her role, she is responsible for back-office service and support operations such as consultant payroll, client billing, account receivable management, and cash applications.

Prior to joining TekPartners, Jennifer spent many years working for a successful staffing firm in a variety of back-office support roles. She has over 18 years of back-office staffing industry experience working in various leadership roles. Jennifer graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology.

As Director of Human Resources, Francina oversees the company’s Human Resources department, handles employee relations, and ensures compliance and regulation within the organization. She also helps plan and develop policies to align with organizational strategy.

Francina came to the company with 13 years of human resources experience within the staffing industry, as well as seven years of experience in the healthcare staffing field working with healthcare professionals. She graduated with a Business Administration degree from Augusta State University and will complete her Masters in Human Resource Management in 2021.

Patricia has over 16 years of experience in leadership roles, managing finance and accounting teams of companies of diverse size and various industries. She holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and a master’s degree in business administration with a finance concentration from Oral Roberts University.

Harris is known as an entrepreneur who strikes the perfect balance between risk taking and analytical thinking. Harris has successfully turned his dreams into a reality by successfully building a world class organization that provides a variety of specialty recruiting and staffing solutions in a wide range of industries. He prides himself in his partnership mentality to clients, candidates and his organization.

Prior to founding TekPartners, Harris served in various leadership, management, and client relationship positions with two nationally recognized human capital organizations in South Florida. Harris brings more than 20 years’ worth of successful leadership, sales management, and business process experience to the TekPartners organization. Harris graduated from the University of Central Florida with his bachelor’s degree in communications with a focus in advertising and public relations. Harris resides in South Florida with his wife and three sons.

Prior to founding TekPartners, Vito served in various leadership, management, and client relationship positions with two nationally recognized human capital organizations in Orlando, Tampa, Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Vito brings more than 22 years’ worth of successful leadership, financial management, and business process experience to the TekPartners organization. Vito graduated from the University of Central Florida with his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus in marketing and accounting. He is a passionate participant in many community and charitable organizations. Vito resides in the Fort Lauderdale area with his wife and two daughters.
