TekPartners has some of the most sought after Information Technology positions available.  As a reputable company in the IT staffing industry, you can trust us to place you in the right position. We currently have a direct hire opportunity for an SAP Solutions Architect to join an established organization as part of a small IT team. This role will have a defined path within the company to grow as a leader to hire and develop a team of analysts who will report up to this personThis person will need to possess the ability to support all aspects of SAP such as, Order to Cash, Plan to Deliver, EWM, Record to Report and Procure to Pay. As the primary authority for the design and implementation of upgrades, enhancements, releases and revisions. The overall design and implementation of upgrades, releases, revisions and enhancements will be directed by the SAP Solution Architect. Provide expertise in the application of SAP data models and tables to help craft reporting solutions and analytics.  

Responsibilities:  

  • Hire and train functional analysts to seek out opportunities for improvement  

  • Partner directly with the Technical Architect to support appropriate solution design 

  • Interface with Infrastructure and Support team to apply Incident Management Processes  

  • Provide innovative solutions for the Change Control Board for the overall solution  

  • Design, enhance and apply various Release Management Processes/Change Control 

  • Ensure regulatory requirements and compliance with CSV  

  • Lead and participate in Fit/Gap workshops to confirm solution requirementscritical gaps, and solution viability  

  • Ensuring future state solution meets end to end business process requirements by reviewing and confirming compliance 

  • Define, establish and manage solution governance 

  • Support data transformation and migration activities  

  • Create design and development of reporting solutions and analytics 

  • Manage program deliverables and status updates  

  • Support end-to-end test scenarios and their development  

  • Partner to develop and review end-user training materials 

 

Required Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree 

  • At least 5 years’ experience gathering, translating and applying business requirements for IT applications 

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) 

  • At least 3 years’ of experience managing people 

  • Proven experience as a strong project manager for large scope projects 

  • Experience with SDLC practices such as Waterfall, Agile, or DevOps 

  • Computer Systems Validation experience with familiarity in FDA CFR 21 Part 11 compliance 

Nice to have: 

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business or Information Systems  

  • Extensive knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA workstreams such as Plan to Deliver and Order to Cash 

  • Expert experience managing third party vendors and contractors, especially Application Management Service providers 

  • Experience managing and designing enterprise architecture 

  • Knowledge of implementing and managing release and change management processes
