Job Summary:

The SAP System Manager will handle internal customer requests involving SAP products (S/4Hana Cloud, Concur, SAP Analytics) from security access to managing APIs while supporting users in their functions and monitoring upgrade tests.  The SAP system manager will report to the Director Special Projects and will be part of various SAP projects within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and participate in testing of new functionalities and system upgrades within S/4Hana public cloud
• Participate in the setting and configuration of new functionality
• Assists and train users with new functionality
• Raise incident with SAP whenever necessary
• Suggests process and system improvements
• Participate in new project workshop and help define solution
• Coordinate security access to users for all SAP products suite
• Additional SAP system duties as needed

Qualifications:

• University degree in Business or IT related discipline
• Ideal candidate has 5 to 7 years of experience with SAP
• Well-developed communication skills
• Experience working independently in a highly competitive, fast paced environment
