Manager Notes:

Onsite and local candidates are still required, but we are open to candidates who need a hybrid remote schedule. This resource will be focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM – will not be responsible for hands-on development, but they will have some technical responsibilities such as configurations and enhancements within D365.



Works with the user community to review, analyze and define business requirements.  Documents requirements, designs, configures, and implements capabilities to support business initiatives for assigned processes and application(s).



  • Translates end user business requirements to design, configure, document, and test software application solutions across multiple functional groups
  • Leverage configuration before custom development
  • Understands best practice business processes to ensure compliance with internal processes
  • Design, implement and support Dynamics 365 application user security in Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Provides risk analysis to business partners for proposed solutions
  • Support any audit and user security reporting requirements
  • Provides problem solving and decision making to resolve systems issues
  • Keep updated on planned service outages and feature releases with Microsoft
  • Supports concurrent work assignments across applications and diverse user groups and vendors
  • Provide support for application integration to other systems and processes
  • Documents requirements, configuration and system support materials including process workflows, functional, technical specifications, and training materials with input from cross functional teams
  • Evaluate new technologies and provide input into future systems strategies as it pertains to the manufacturing business for Sales and Service
  • Maintains and develops internal business relationships to influence successful project outcomes
  • Monitor any technologies and projects that may affect existing business unit configurations and adjust accordingly
  • Supports the software lifecycle of other enterprise software applications such as implementation, configuration, post go live support, and training
  • Provides internal support for evaluation of proposed functionality in existing and proposed applications
  • Continuously look for opportunities to innovate, automate and bring efficiency to the platform
  • Perform unit testing, facilitate QA & UAT, environment setup, etc.
  • Performs other duties as assigned


Job Skills Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (i.e. Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, Iterative)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven problem solving and analytical skills to identify and propose technical and non-technical solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and support new software applications
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly troubleshoot problems that may arise in products
  • Strong ability to define solutions and resolve issues
  • Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location



  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field, or equivalent education and experience
  • Minimum three years of experience in requirements management
  • Experience with small to medium scale project and program management
  • Experience determining and delivering against business requirements


Certifications Preferred:

  • PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)
  • Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA)
