Title: Talent Acquisition Partner
Location: Miami, FL
Duration: Direct Hire
Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 Annual Salary
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in US.

Job Summary:

  • Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, 2-3years’ experience in talent acquisition, proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, and the ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants.
  • Aviation industry experience is highly desired, but not necessary. This role requires a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills to work closely with cross-functional business partners to support people strategies and improvement.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, onboarding, and administrative components involved in full-cycle recruiting. 
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create strategies for identifying and recruiting potential candidates effectively. 
  • Provide new and creative ideas for hiring opportunities and efficiencies. 
  • Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position. 
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting strategies for attracting and retaining qualified candidates. 
  • Develop and maintain a steady candidate pipeline of qualified passive and active candidates. 
  • Aid public relations in branding the company as the “Employer of Choice” among industry talent. 
  • Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads. 
  • Create contacts within the industry and maintain regular contact with possible future candidates. 
  • Metrics
  • Identify Key Performance Drivers to create easy-to-use metrics to align recruiting and account management efforts to shape customer and candidate satisfaction.  
  • Research trends, strategize current sourcing tools, run reports, metrics, and candidate pipeline development.  
  • Partner with business units and HR Business Partners on recruiting strategies, recruiting updates, and providing competitive intelligence as needed.  
  • Prepare compensation offers for new hires and make recommendations to managers based on experience and internal equity.  
  • Talent Development
  • Create, implement and facilitate monthly and quarterly training for all hiring managers; interviewing, ATS management, networking, assessment tools.  
  • Identify Key Performance Drivers to create easy-to-use metrics to align recruiting and account management efforts to shape customer and candidate satisfaction.  
  • Lead the assessment of the current processes (e.g., hiring process, onboarding, off boarding methods) and policies, identify gaps, make recommendations, and oversee implementation of new strategies.  
  • PMO
  • Project Management including intake meetings, recruitment strategy, complex calendaring, arranging interview panels, calibration meetings, job postings, zoom interviewing, pitch notes, compensation recommendations, negotiate salary, process offer letters, internal transfer offer letters, and complex onboarding process.  
  • Act as a change agent and implement new sourcing strategies paying close attention to social media (e.g., LinkedIn), professional networks for more cost-effective strategies.  
  • Manage agency relationships to ensure favorable rates, qualified candidates, and adherence to our internal protocol. 
  • Participate in responding to and coordinating Requests for Proposal and Request for Information by seeking the solution with the correct Subject Matter Expert and department for appropriate information such as financials, headcount, Project SLAs, etc.  

 

 Qualifications:

  • Education and/or Certification:
  • A bachelor’s degree is required from an accredited college or university, equivalent professional experience.
  • Required Experience:
  • Two (2) to three (3) years’ experience in Talent Acquisition or similar HR function  Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.  Experience with ADP Recruitment or any other application tracking software

  • Ability to travel for recruitment and interviewing purposes, college visits, and career fairs and maintain a flexible work schedule.
