Job Title: Business Analyst/Project Manager

Location: Sunrise, FL

Duration: 6 months

Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US

  • Minimum of 5 years of analysis experiences and project performance
  • Lean Six Sigma related experience
  • Process mapping, analysis, and measurement
  • Experience with requirements definition for IT solutions
  • Service and customer focus and orientation
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Multi-tasking under time pressures
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills; daily use of extensive computer software, spreadsheets, and flow-charting. Software includes Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Visio.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related
  • Six Sigma, Lean or related certification desired, but not required



  • Capture end-to-end business requirements, identify interdependencies and ensure understanding
  • Quantify and articulates desired outcomes and metrics include costs, benefits, and ROI
  • Analyze impact on business processes and handoffs between departments/functions, and leads the team to identify and implement process improvements to benefit the business
  • Identifies and defines solution recommendations to address business pain points
  • Translate analytical results into creative IT and process solutions
  • Manage small projects and initiatives to drive improvement and business transformation
  • Facilitate change management, focuses on process integration/analysis and measurements for success
  • Established priorities which meet the project goals and objectives, and identify areas of improvement
  • Build mutual trust and encourages respect and cooperation among team members
  • Identify best practice solutions and information technology applications/ data structures
  • Understand and analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities and develop IT solution requirements
  • Understand business IT system functionality and integrations and how the systems support the business and integrate with each other
  • Oversee and manage small projects or initiatives from ideation to implementation
