Job Summary:

The Multimedia Designer will be focused on creating a variety of creative videos showcasing our companies. These videos will be used for internal meetings and communications, external websites and throughout our social media presence. In addition, this role will be responsible for creating graphic designs, logos and other designs as needed.

The ideal candidate will be well versed in and have a working knowledge of creating and integrating video on sites such as Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.


  • Provides multimedia, video, web development and graphic design services for graphics and electronic media projects.
  • Conceptualizes complex designs for any type of media project and reviews and refines the concepts with supervisor’s assistance.
  • Serves as Videographer and Photographer; Shoots and captures intellectual video images at a variety of special events.
  • Assists with the management, maintenance, and operation of all in-house equipment.
  • Ensure equipment is properly used and maintained in-order to provide a consistent level of quality.
  • Researches and recommends new technology for Video Production and Digital Cinema.
  • Assist in the development and execution of a custom digital strategy that fits corporate brand and voice.
  • Works cohesively with marketing team on marketing ideas and campaigns.


  • Well-versed in computer animation, graphic animation, and green screen editing.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud products including Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
  • 2-3 years of experience creating video in a marketing, advertising, public relations, or communications role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • A creative mind, passionate about video, marketing, and design.
  • Team Player – Able to take direction and work closely with other team members.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; organizational and time-management skills; and interpersonal skills required.
  • Must be detail-oriented, poised and composed under pressure, and must be able to deliver on time-sensitive requests.
