Now, let’s get into what you will be doing:

The Executive Administrative Assistant position will focus on managing the day-to-day administrative support of our CEO and senior management. This individual will work autonomously and ideally can anticipate needs before they arise. In addition, the Assistant will:

  • Manage and organize a complex calendar, coordinating across time zones with other branch locations
  • Manage travel itineraries and arrangements including air, hotel, and agendas
  • Organize virtual and in-person business meetings/calls, making all necessary arrangements, including booking rooms, arranging for required audio/video, catering and other logistics as required
  • Assist with special initiatives designed to build culture

In order to set you up for success, we are looking for people who are:

  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams)
  • Highly proficient in calendar, travel, and expense management
  • Able to work effectively under pressure while maintaining professionalism
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritize workload independently
  • Positive and excited to build relationships across our organization
  • Able to work on highly sensitive information while maintaining confidentiality
  • Eager to learn, understand the core responsibilities of their role, as well as the core values of our company

It would also be great if you have:

  • 3+ years of prior experience as an Executive Assistant to senior-level management
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Proactive outlook/forward thinking
