    •Triage and fast analysis of incidents/problems, find ad-hoc solutions/workarounds
    •Determine relationships to known issues and create defect summaries that isolate defects for repair by product development teams
    •Coordinate follow-up isolation activities including specific testing and/or engineering builds
    •Make ad-hoc test scripts to recreate and proof out solutions

    Responsibilities:

     

    • The Back Office Derivatives Analyst primary responsibility is to reconcile all Exchange and FX traded Contracts.
    • The Back Office Derivatives Analyst is also responsible for Collateral Management which include the initiation of margin calls or returns to the counterparties and/or writers.
    • The Back Office Derivatives Analyst is also responsible for coordinating Master agreement negotiations.
    • Reconcile all current day trades, previous day trades and open positions of our Futures, Options and swaps transactions that are cleared through the exchange.
    • Reconcile all FX transactions.
    • Co-ordinate Master Agreement negotiations such as ISDA, NAESB.
    • Run a daily US and EUR report to initiate margin calls or returns to the counterparties and/or writers and to internally report.
    • Transmit cash instructions to the Finance team,
    • Liaise with counterparties, and internal teams such as Front Office, Contracts and Middle Office to resolve affirmation / confirmation discrepancies and / or settlement failures.
    • Attention to detail and ability to manage several tasks at once by ensuring all trade economics and discrepancies are appropriately investigated and resolved, while managing client expectations and potential fail exposure.
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, managing all cash flows and associated risks related to derivative transactions across our global client base.
    • Prepare to gain a comprehensive understanding of the trade lifecycle and associated cash flows by interacting with trading and sales in addition to middle office and treasury.
    • Identify potential problems, present alternatives and propose solutions.
    • Provide timely and accurate information to both external and internal customers.

    MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS

            5+ years experience in test automationdevelopment in an SDET (software development engineer in test) role.

            Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Scienceor Information Systems preferred) or the equivalent of 4+ years of relatedexperience in Information Technology.

    The ideal candidate will possess the following:

     

    •          Recent career history operating as a Sr. IT QA Analyst – Test Automation or similar to show strong evidence of developing test cases and test automation

    Developer/Telecommunications Engineer to join our Contact Center Technology team supporting Pindrop applications and other contact center technologies. This role will be responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and provisioning in our Contact Center applications. This role provides exposure to emerging IVR and Omni-Channel technology and a great opportunity to work on developing new operating procedures for our Platforms across all areas. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong leadership skills and have experience in delivering quality technical solutions and executing in critical system outage situations in a Production support environment. 

    In addition, candidates must have a willingness to understand existing processes and systems, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. They should be able to work effectively in stressful situations and make quick decisions in consultation with team members and subject matter experts in addressing Contact Center related platform break/fix situations. They will be required to build strong relationships, actively participate in team work, and understand the dynamics and critical nature of the business. 

    Responsibilities of the position include: 

    • Function as subject matter expert and advocate for the Pindrop product suite, requiring depth and breadth in their knowledge of the business processes, technologies, applications, integration and interfaces in the Production support space 
    • Understand the overall technical vision for projects, programs, or systems, keeping in mind cross-functional impacts, integration across the organization and architecture rationalization while serving as a liaison to project releases for the Production support teams. 
    .• Proactively address technical issues and risks that could impact the Contact Center Systems 
    • Ability to identify shifts in analytical data to prove out problems or improvements following changes in the environment 
    • Mentor and train team members (including Sourcing Partners) to build up technical skill sets 
    • Ability to think analytically, to follow the call path and identify issues across multiple applications or systems 
    • Identify opportunities to reduce total cost of ownership in the operational application support areas

    Qualifications 

    ·Extensive experience in Contact Center Production Support Operations, Contact Center Technologies and Contact Center strategies. 
    • Understanding of business processes and (digital) transformation and how they relate to customer experience technology 
    • At least four or more years experience in IT systems analysis and application program support, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. 
    • Experience with Pindrop framework and/or Pindrop Cloud solutions will be considered favorably 
    • Experience with SIP voice transport specifically with AT&T will be considered favorably 
    • Extensive analytical skills are required in order to troubleshoot complex integration issues 
    • VoIP and SIP Telephony experience will be considered favorably 
    • Experience with Workforce Optimization toolsets (Verint I360 and NICE WFM) will be considered favorably 
    • Proven ability to quickly learn complex systems and capabilities and then use those capabilities to deliver production ready solutions is critical to this role. 
    • Ability to learn and lead development of technical specifications 
    • The candidate should have formal education in software engineering and/or telecommunications at a bachelor level or equivalent based on job experience
