    Responsibilities:

    • Triage and fast analysis of incidents/problems, find ad-hoc solutions/workarounds
    • Determine relationships to known issues and create defect summaries that isolate defects for repair by product development teams
    • Coordinate follow-up isolation activities including specific testing and/or engineering builds
    • Make ad-hoc test scripts to recreate and proof out solutions
    • Provide guidance to test teams on test cases and log collections
    • Support end-to-end solution integration in triaging and debugging reported issues.
    • Identify duplicate incidents
    • Communicate incidents and solutions, etc accurately, clearly, and effectively in writing, in person, and on the phone across interdisciplinary teams
    • Analyze systems taking into account resources leaks, deadlocks, bad patterns, bottlenecks, memory usage, miss-use of APIs etc.
    • Isolate cause of failure from log analysis using tools like Dynatrace and Splunk, knowledge of the environment/application, and verbal/written descriptions of the environment/application failure.
    • Conduct Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) to deduce and understand event/incident root cause
    • Perform cash pattern analysis
    • Participate in a 24/7 /365 on-call rotation

    Education and Experience Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business or technical field or equivalent experience, MBA or CPM a plus

    The Director of IT Infrastructure and Support Services leads a team of systems and network engineers, system administrators, security analysts, desktop support, and service desk technicians to deliver healthy, secure and highly available systems to various units of the business.     ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITIES

    Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

    · Recruit, develop and manage the IT infrastructure, operations and support teams

    · Anticipate business growth and its impact on the technology infrastructure, formulating and executing cost effective plans in time to meet operational needs

    · Architect and implement high availability Data Centers and infrastructure technologies

    · Direct managers and technical staff to meet negotiated service levels for all business applications, reporting results regularly via the appropriate dashboards 

    · Actively monitor performance of IT systems to continually assess capacity limitations, operating costs, productivity levels, upgrade requirements, and risk of failure

    · Establish and maintain a complete disaster recovery/business continuity program aligned with business needs, including a regular assessment of business needs and the testing of all appropriate elements

    · Manage and ensure optimal operation of all network hardware and data center equipment, including routers, switches, hubs, servers and storage (SAN) devices

    · Manage and support all Telco (VOIP) infrastructure and all voice and data circuits

    · Manage and ensure effectiveness of security solutions, including firewalls, antivirus solutions, and intrusion detection systems.

    · Manage the processing of incoming calls to the Service Desk via both telephone and email to ensure courteous, timely, and effective resolution of end user issues 

    · Design and enforce request handling and escalation policies and procedures

    · Manage all aspects of Desktop and Field support including creating and maintaining a Standard Operating Environment (SOE)

    · Analyze performance of Service Desk activities and documented resolutions, identify problem areas, and devise and deliver solutions to enhance quality of service and to prevent future problems

    · Identify, recommend, develop, and implement end user training programs to increase computer literacy and self-sufficiency 

    · Manage technology vendor relationships to ensure service levels, security requirements, and budget obligations are met

    · Develop and maintain SLAs, KPIs and performance metrics

    · Design, develop and implement IT Service Management/ITIL policies and procedures

    · Design, develop and implement Cybersecurity policies and procedures

    · Budgeting/forecasting spending in the assigned areas, mentioned above

    · Manage performance of team members through objectives setting and evaluations

    · Ensures management team is appropriately informed of project status and issues

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in related field. MBA is plus. At least five years of experience managing infrastructure, operations and support teams at the Director level in a mid-size organization is required. Some experience in the healthcare sector preferred. Must have direct leadership experience the following environments:

    · Microsoft desktop and Server OS, O365, SQL Server

    · BMC Track-It! or other Service Management tools

    · Solarwinds and other monitoring tools

    · VMWare
