  • Contract Design Coordinator 2018-04-19 USD 100 1000000 Contract 2018-05-19

    Essential duties:

    • Independently develop, design, and implement a standardized Millwork and Furniture Programs for use across all brands. (45%)
    • Management of all FF&E activities, including budget management with Construction & Development Managers, Contractors, and Manufacturer Representatives. (45%)
    • Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure design, quality and costs of furniture, fixtures and equipment, packages are aligned with our vision. (10%)

    Other Duties:

    • Work with OEM Manufacturers, Region Management, Sr. Management, External Vendors, etc. to produce design and/or construction packages for furniture, fixtures and equipment that meet internal and external commitments and/or requirements.
    • Direct the creation, review and approval of millwork, retail display and furniture proposals with manufacturers, management, vendors etc.
    • Develop and manage project timelines, milestone dates and budget with regard to FF&E procurement and installation.
    • Work closely with Construction & Development Managers to ensure FF&E packages meet field conditions and are delivered and installed in conjunction to construction schedules.
    • Propose design changes and deviations, as required, to OEMs for approval of all FF&E packages.
    • Identify, select and develop close working relationships with external vendors to comply with OEM requirements and to optimize selection given our scale and purchasing power.
    • Ensure proposed furniture, fixtures and equipment packages align with our overall marketing and branding strategy.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor Degree.
    • Five (5) years minimum practical design experience with emphasis on FF&E and/or graphics.
    • Strong understanding of design and construction process.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficient with word processing, spreadsheet programs, and graphic programs.

    (Preferred):

    • Architectural and automotive experience either with Manufacturer, corporate level or a Dealer/Owner.
    • CAD related design experience, in depth knowledge of graphics software such as Photoshop and Illustrator, automotive retail development experience.
    • Experience with the creation of new brand identities and roll-outs.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    · The Lead Consultant, Enterprise Demand Management holds a leadership rolein the EPMO and is responsible for design, implementation and operations of theprocess, tools and reporting to manage enterprise demand for new projects.

    · The Analyst will ensure alignment to enterprise capabilities and businessstrategies while promoting and driving a clear process for intake,prioritization and authorization of new projects.

    · In addition, the role will drive the process to provide insight onstrategic alignment, balance and mix of projects in the pipeline. This rolewill conduct risk assessment, cost benefit analysis, evaluation of synergyopportunities, capacity analysis and other factors to put forth recommendationsto the Executive Committee on the best projects to authorize in the optimalsequence.

    · Central to this position is executive presence, composure, the ability toinfluence without authority and experience providing insight on the enterpriseportfolio

    · This role will have a great deal of executive visibility and a directimpact to the realization of our business strategy.

    · Embody accountability by managing and driving the process to identify,score, prioritize, quantify, evaluate and recommend authorization of the bestprojects that drive business strategy and balance the enterprise portfolio.

    · Support the development of standardized solutions to better manage theproject request pipeline and provide accurate and timely information on projectrequests.

    · Improve quality by leading efforts with project, program, PMO, IT andbusiness leadership to research and resolve data integrity or process issuesthat impact quality and consistency.

    · Drive the continuous assessment and improvement process to positivelyimpact the capabilities, services and value the EPMO delivers for optimizingthe project portfolio.

    · Lead the adoption of best practices across the company by providingformal training, or informal leadership, guidance and mentoring as needed.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

    · Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience Graduate degreepreferred-area of study-IT, General Management, Finance or related field.

    · 7+ years of applicable experience

    · EPMO, PMO, Portfolio, Program and Project management experience

    · Prior experience in PMO operations, demand management, project leadershipconsulting, business strategy, program management & process engineering

    · Experience solving complex problems in a large enterprise environment

    · Experience overseeing large projects and reporting progress andperformance metrics and analyzing impact on business drivers with executiveand/or board level.

    · Multiple large project, program management experience to achieve specificbusiness goals or objectives

    · Prior experience as an IT business partner preferred

    · Advanced in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, andOutlook.

    · Proficient in MS Project, Smartsheets, and other project management orexecutive portfolio dashboard tools.

    · Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

    · Strong facilitation presentation and influencing skills with C-SuiteExecutives, senior leadership, peer groups and associates.

    · Strong ability to deal with ambiguity and operate under minimal direction.

    · Strong relationship building skills, able to influence internal andexternal stakeholders with shared and divergent interests, function or matrixenvironment required.

    · Works in a coordinated manner to ensure optimization of resources,individual project profitability and high customer satisfaction
