    Working with a portfolio of clients, you will be responsible for guiding the entire customer journey from onboarding to mastery and then expansion.  You will need to be a polished communicator, technically astute, with outstanding project management and organization skills.  While the Engagement Manager will lead many customer-facing interactions, they will also engage with other resources across the organization, such as customer facing data scientists, field engineers, support, and other subject matter experts, to remove obstacles and accelerate the path to client success.  The Engagement Manager will also partner with inside sales to identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities within the account.  The objective of the role is to drive client success and adoption as measured by client loyalty, advocacy, expansion, and revenue.

    • Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License is required.
    • Demonstrate excellent English written and oral communication skills.
    • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills.
    • Ability to travel to all COMPANY Reservations and work a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays, as needed.

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience working with and using SQL Queries. 
    • Experience working in the Public Sectors such as local government. Experience with eConnect, Integration Manager and their application within the Dynamics GP environment.
    • Possess a deep knowledge of the Dynamics database schema including GP table names and structure.
    • Familiarity with the following technologies:
    • Windows server operating systems – 2008r2 and 2012r2
    • IIS Manager
    • SQL Management Studio
    • MSSQL terminologies (basic understanding of databases)
    • Virtualization of both VMware and Hyper-V (basic understanding of virtualization)

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS

    • The work is sedentary. Typically, the incumbent may sit comfortably to do the work; there may be occasional walking, standing, bending, carrying of light items (e.g., books, papers, etc.). Driving a company vehicle may be required.

    Responsibilities:

    • The incumbent in this position will act as a technical liaison between the various user departments; incorporates business process changes; provides leadership and support and optimize utilization for MS Dynamics GP and CRM.

    Global Investment Financial Systems, GIFS, provides business partners with world-class technology solutions that support Investment Management, Accounting, and Treasury Operations.

    Financial Industry technologies, modern software engineering practices, and broad business process and domain knowledge to assist in implementing business value through the use of technology. The candidate will improve the quality and efficiency of software by effectively facilitating collaborative design sessions, by building and implementing new technology solutions to design, by managing a comprehensive test strategy and execution plan, and by ensuring a smooth transition of new technology features to production.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Planning, coordination and execution of all SWIFT infrastructure maintenance tasks, including patching of the SWIFT Alliance software components.
    • Administration of SAA, SAG and SNL; working with Security Officers (LSO/RSO) on those tasks which require additional security permissions
    • Administration of HSM clusters; coordinating upgrades and/or replacements with SWIFT Support and Unix System Administrators
    • Coordinating leased line upgrades and/or VPN boxes replacement with SWIFT support and Network Engineering
    • Coordinating hardware platform upgrades with SWIFT Support and UNIX System Administrators
    • Planning and guiding Alliance and SWIFTNet Security Officers through documented procedures
    • PKI certificate renewal.
    • Migration of SWIFT Alliance software components to different hardware platforms and/or operating systems.
    • Licensing of new features and/or BIC(s), HSM swaps and/or upgrades.
    • Acts as a system tester for unit, integration, systems, acceptance, and related testing. Writes the test plan to ensure requirements are satisfied.
    • Understands client business functions and technology needs.
    • Complies with IT policies and procedures, especially those for quality and productivity standards that enable the team to meet established milestones. Complies with all Information Security policies and procedures, and verifies deliverables meet Information Security requirements.
    • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or the equivalent of training and experience
    • 8 years IT experience, with 2-5 years of hands on experience with the SWIFT Alliance family of products
    • Must be a quick learner, able to conduct independent research, methodical, careful, and very well organized.
    • Strong knowledge of basic computing principals, including security protocols and methods
    • Working knowledge of SWIFT Customer Security Program Policies & Control Objectives
