James A. Barrett II is the Senior Director of Talent & Process Development responsible for developing new delivery personnel, best practices and implementing process throughout the company. Previously Barrett directed the delivery team in Coral Springs and has been recognized and awarded for being Producer of the Year Award for 3 consecutive years during his recruiting tenure at TekPartners. Some of his responsibilities include directing and mentoring recruiters and account managers, implementing advanced recruiting strategies and processes, and constantly looking for ways to improve current procedures and methods based on industry trends. Barrett stays ahead of the market curve to make sure that TekPartners is implementing the latest and most efficient business strategies among the companies delivery teams.

Prior to joining TekPartners, Barrett managed recruiting teams with a nationally recognized technology organization as well as a nationally recognized healthcare organization in Florida. Barrett brings to more than 15 years of recruiting experience as it relates to technology. Barrett attended Seminole State College with a major in Computer Sciences.

Harris Katz co-founded and serves as the CEO of TekPartners with Mr. Vito Scutero. Katz leads the company’s vision in providing the bridge between proven talent and opportunity. His role includes leading the organization’s major strategic client strategies, talent acquisition, training, public relations and strategic marketing. Mr. Katz is known as an entrepreneur who strikes the perfect balance between risk taking and analytical thinking. Katz has successfully turned his dreams into a reality by successfully building a world class organization that provides a variety of specialty recruiting and staffing solutions in a wide range of industries. He prides himself in his partnership mentality to clients, candidates and his organization.

Prior to founding TekPartners, Katz served in various leadership, management, and client relationship positions with two nationally recognized human capital organizations in South Florida. Katz brings more than 20 years’ worth of successful leadership, sales management, and business process experience to the TekPartners organization. Katz graduated from the University of Central Florida with his Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a focus in Advertising and Public Relations. Mr. Katz resides in South Florida with his wife and 3 sons.

John Ludwig serves as the Market Vice President for TekPartners’ South Florida Market, overseeing all Professional Staffing and Solutions service offerings to clients and consultants. He is responsible for hiring and supervision of a team of account managers, recruiters, operations specialists, and other staff. In addition to these responsibilities, Mr. Ludwig is accountable for training and career development of team members.

Mr. Ludwig started with TekPartners in December 2011 as an account manager and immediately made a significant impact by expanding TekPartners’ market share at companies all over South Florida. Four years later, Mr. Ludwig was promoted to Market Director and then to Market Vice President.

Prior to joining the staffing industry with TekPartners, Mr. Ludwig led a successful career in mergers and acquisitions, real estate finance and title insurance. Mr. Ludwig graduated from Mount St. Mary’s University in Maryland in 2003 with a bachelor’s degree in international relations, concentration in business.

Vito Scutero co-founded and serves as the CEO of TekPartners with Mr. Harris Katz. Scutero leads the company’s vision in providing proven talent to organizations to achieve their missions. He guides the unique TekPartners culture by emphasizing their core values of Be the Best, Understand the Urgency, Never Give Up, Have the Courage to Excel, and Making a Contribution to those we serve. His role includes leading the organization’s corporate operations, accounting, finance, human resources, legal, technology, and major client strategies. Scutero is a thought leader for the creation and implementation of strategic workforce, human capital, staffing, recruiting, and consulting solutions for the company and its clients.

Prior to founding TekPartners, Scutero served in various leadership, management, and client relationship positions with two nationally recognized human capital organizations in Orlando, Tampa, Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Scutero brings more than 22 years’ worth of successful leadership, financial management, and business process experience to the TekPartners organization. Scutero graduated from the University of Central Florida with his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing and Accounting. He is a passionate participant in many community and charitable organizations and serves on the board of directors of Deliver the Dream. Mr. Scutero resides in the Fort Lauderdale area with his wife and 2 daughters.

Milgrim Bello serves as the company’s Director of Strategic Marketing. Mrs. Bello’s role includes corporate marketing and communications efforts including Branding, Public/Media Relations, Market Research & Analysis, Content Marketing, Candidate & Client Education Marketing, Social/Interactive Marketing, Social Media, Internal Communications, Change Management and Event Planning. She is in charge of TekPartners’ strategic marketing initiatives.

Prior to joining TekPartners, Mrs. Bello managed and led a marketing team within the Staffing Vertical. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Rollins College.

Andrew Anthony serves as the company’s Market Manager in Charlotte, North Carolina. Mr. Anthony’s role is managing the day to day business development strategy for North and South Carolina, as well as overseeing the recruitment and client delivery process for the branch. Prior to joining TekPartners, Mr. Anthony worked with two nationally recognized staffing firms in North Carolina where he was in charge of client acquisition while managing and developing large recruitment delivery teams. Gregg Straus serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of TekPartners. He is a key member of the senior executive leadership team and provides insight and recommendations on both short-term and long-term growth plans. He is known for his uncompromising personal integrity, ethics, and solid leadership, and is responsible for all financial aspects of the Company. Mr. Straus oversees and provides strategic direction to the Company’s finance organizations, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, and strategic development (M&A). He also leads the human resources, IT, and legal teams at TekPartners.

Mr. Straus brings 25 years of financial and management experience to TekPartners.  He has held various leadership positions with public companies, mid-sized private companies, and “Big 4” public accounting firms. His roles have included Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Senior Vice President of Tax.  Mr. Straus earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Florida, is a Certified Public Accountant, member of the AICPA and FICPA, and resides in south Florida with his wife and two children.

Brian Scutero began his career at TekPartners in May 2006, when he opened the Orlando office. In his current role, he is responsible for managing the day to day sales and recruiting operations, as well as business development in the Orlando branch. He plays a critical role as he oversees the branch, selecting internal employees through a hands-on process. Mr. Scutero is also responsible for implementing top-notch TekPartners training processes and ensuring the branch meets and exceeds monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals.

Prior to joining TekPartners, Mr. Scutero spent six years gaining valuable experience as a Senior Recruiter for some of the top staffing companies in Orlando. Mr. Scutero graduated from the University of Central Florida in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. While at UCF, he was a varsity letterman on the Knights baseball team from 1993 -1995. Brian was drafted by 3 different Major League baseball organizations (Baltimore Orioles, Milwaukee Brewers and California Angels) and played 3 seasons in the California Angels professional baseball team.

Michael DeGore serves as the Director of Operations for TekPartners. In his role, Mr. DeGore is responsible for all back-office service and support operations such as client and consultant on-boarding, consultant human resources, consultant payroll, client billing, account receivable management, cash applications and consultant travel.

Prior to joining TekPartners, Mr. DeGore served in several key executive leadership roles helping firms achieve desired results while navigating through all market conditions. Mr. DeGore has over 16 years of back-office staffing industry experience working for firms with various business verticals ranging in size and scope from $200M-$22B. Mr. DeGore graduated from Ashford University with a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Project Management. Mr. DeGore lives in Tampa, Florida with his wife Angela and their two kids, Isabella and Dominic.

Anthony Sammartino, V-TSP, MCITP(BI), PMP®, joined TekPartners in December 2010 to head up the company’s Business Intelligence Managed Services and Project Solutions practice to complement their Technology Staffing capabilities. Sammartino established software and professional service partnerships with Microsoft, Tableau, Hortonworks. Utilizing the framework established for the Business Intelligence practice, Sammartino is a thought leader in establishing other specialized practices for TekPartners.

Prior to TekPartners, Sammartino founded APS Partners Inc. where he provided Business Intelligence Consulting to many Fortune 500 companies. Previously, Sammartino worked as a consulting professional with Cambridge Technology Partners and traveled throughout the United States on numerous project engagements. Sammartino brings more than 17 years of experience in delivering technical projects across multiple verticals for clients. Sammartino graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, is a Project Management Professional (PMP®), a Microsoft V-TSP (Virtual Technology Solutions Professional), where he is an official extension of the Microsoft team for technical expertise, and a Microsoft Certified Professional for SQL Server BI (MCITP).

Randy Marmon serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer of TekPartners. He is a key member of the senior executive leadership team and provides insight and recommendations on both short-term and long-term strategic plans. Mr. Marmon oversees and provides direction to the Company’s strategic planning process as well as developing and implementing the firm's strategies that increase the velocity, capability, capacity, and consistency at which TekPartners engages and delivers services to our customers.

Most recently Randy served as the Founder and President of Human Capital Transformation, LLC, a boutique strategy consulting firm that concentrates on three primary market sectors: Direct providers of Staffing and Recruiting services, Corporations that engage and leverage Contingent Talent, and those Technology and Services organizations that better enable both.

Prior to founding his Consulting firm, Randy served 21 years with Kforce, the last 5 of those as a named Executive. In his role as Chief Customer Officer, he was responsible for the formation and development of Kforce’s Strategic Accounts program, MSP and VMS channel strategies, the transformation and growth of its industry leading National Recruiting Center, establishment of customer pricing and profitability platforms, organizing and accelerating the firm’s Healthcare Vertical, the turnaround and integration of the firm’s offshore operations as well as directing all job board, social media, independent contractor and 3rd party strategies.

Alex Garcia serves as the company’s Director of Human Resources.  In this role, he is responsible for HR Policy development, documentation, implementation and compliance. Additional responsibilities include Employee Relations Management as well as Benefits and 401(k) administration and compliance. One of his primary objectives is assisting management in maintaining an employee-oriented culture that adheres to the company’s core values.

Mr. Garcia brings over 15 years of successful Human Resources Management experience supporting companies in various industries with up to 2,000 employees. He graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and obtained his Human Resources Management certification from the University of Miami.

Prior to joining TekPartners, Mr. Bevilacqua developed, led, and managed sales teams with three nationally recognized technology service organizations in Florida and North Carolina. Throughout his career, Bevilacqua has served on the boards of various community and industry organizations. Bevilacqua holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Central Florida.

Prior to joining TekPartners, Emily worked in Agency Recruiting along with Corporate Recruiting/Management for 10 years. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Lewis University, where she was a collegiate athlete.

John Agnitsch serves as a Vice President in the TekPartners Solutions practice, driving the organization’s advances in technology and delivery initiatives. Since joining TekPartners, he has been instrumental in expanding the Technology Practice areas. Mr. Agnitsch’s leadership has been critical in providing innovative IT and outcome-based technology services to TekPartners’ key customers.

Prior to joining TekPartners, Mr. Agnitsch was a leader with a nationwide consulting firm where he designed and implemented multiple large-scale multimillion dollar outsourcing engagements. In addition to leading such engagements, clients look to Mr. Agnitsch as a thought leader and trusted advisor. Mr. Agnitsch’s expertise is backed by over 18 years in the information technology industry and a strong dedication to building enterprise software solutions.

Mr. Agnitsch started his career in the IT Industry as a software architect for Fortune 500 companies before transitioning to consulting in 2007.Throughout his career Mr. Agnitsch has held roles that include Chief Technology Officer, Vice President of Solutions and Director of Technology. Mr. Agnitsch received his bachelor’s degree in management information systems from the University of South Florida.

Jerald Sowell serves as an Executive Vice President of TekPartners. Mr. Sowell has played ten seasons as a professional football player in the NFL. His responsibilities at TekPartners include client relationship management, leadership and vision of TekPartners mission, community relations, and strategic alliances for company expansion.

In addition to his role with TekPartners, Sowell completed ten seasons in the NFL, mostly with the New York Jets. Sowell enjoyed his best year as a NFL football player in 2004. He is the all-time leading special teams’ tackler in New York Jets’ history. In 2004, Sowell led all NFL fullbacks with 47 receptions and yardage. Sowell began his career as a draft pick of the Green Bay Packers then spent nine seasons with the New York Jets and one season with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Sowell graduated from Tulane University in New Orleans where he was a member of the Tulane 3.0 Club for scholar-athlete.
