Pro-Actively Recruited for core client skill sets on a daily basis.  Due to our thorough understanding of the client’s technology landscape and project initiatives, this strategy led to a our building of a sizable candidate pool in the areas of Quality Assurance, Business Analysis, Project Managers, Network Engineers, and Web Developers that could be deployed at a moment’s notice.

Provided Transparency to the key client stakeholders to ensure that a significant ROI was achieved to improve contractor turnover, fill ratio, pricing, and overall quality of talent.

Over the last 4 years as a Preferred Vendor, TekPartners has outperformed many of the other vendors both nationally and in the local markets.  Additionally, TekPartners has been highlighted as a “Vendor of the Quarter” a few times.  Since 2008, TekPartners has placed hundreds of contract workers at this client and is still one of the Preferred Contingent Labor vendors.
