Scope:
This client was growing from a small, family-run money transfer business to Brazil and Mexico to an international financial services company servicing 50 countries. Through collaboration with the client, it was determined that more sophisticated technology and financial systems needed to be scoped, designed, and implemented to handle the business growth.
