A leading distributor and supplier of beverage products to all tiers of the distribution channel and industry.

Scope:

The client created a centralized IT department to be used by its distributorships across the United States in a Shared Services model to create consistency across their enterprise applications and systems.

When TekPartners began working with the client in 2002, there were a number of vendors competing for the staff augmentation and permanent placement business from the creation of the new centralized model.

Rapid Response:

After being selected as a preferred vendor, TekPartners implemented the following plan of attack:

Designated a senior level Account Manager to serve as a single point of contact for the Client who already had a solid track record of success with the client.

Pro-Actively Recruited for core client skill sets on a daily basis.  Due to our thorough understanding of the client’s technology landscape and project initiatives, this strategy led to a our building of a sizable candidate pool in the areas of SAP, Oracle, Data Warehouse, Project Managers, Network Engineers, and Legacy systems that could be deployed at a moment’s notice.

Customized a staff augmentation solution to handle a major data warehouse initiative that was working with a tight budget due to the economic conditions.

Exceptional Service:

TekPartners has continued to be the client’s “Preferred Vendor” for all IT contract and permanent placements in the Shared Services group.  Since 2002, TekPartners has been recognized by the client as their “Go To” firm for their IT talent acquisition needs.
